Had an amazing experience at Kelsey’s Roadhouse! From the moment we sat down, our waitress Avery made the night unforgettable. She was beyond incredible — friendly, attentive, and somehow always there exactly when we needed something without ever feeling intrusive. Avery knew the menu inside and out, gave fantastic recommendations, and made us feel genuinely cared for the entire time. Her energy and professionalism completely elevated our meal. Honestly, if every restaurant had an Avery, dining out would be a perfect experience every time. Kelsey’s, you’ve got a gem on your hands!

I had the pleasure of being served by Aya and I cannot say enough great things about her! From the moment we walked in, Aya made us feel welcome and ensured our experience was nothing short of perfect. Her attention to detail was outstanding, she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and her friendly, positive attitude made the entire meal so much more enjoyable. She was professional, efficient, and genuinely seemed to care about making our dining experience memorable. If you're ever at Kelsey's in Ancaster, ask for Aya! You won’t regret it! 5 stars all the way!

My friend and I always go to Kelsey’s Ancaster before going to the matinee movie theatre. Laura is a fabulous waitress. Always goes the extra mile for everyone. It’s obvious how she is so well liked. One of the reasons why we keep coming back is because of Laura! Friendly, and always upbeat! Food is great too. Fast service.

The place was a bit busy when I visited. If you don't mind sports watching gentlemen at the bar, you're good. Service was fast, and they were kind enough to allow me a private corner to dine when I asked (I was dining alone). My server Meaghan M was very sweet and hospitable; making sure I enjoyed my dining experience. They also have deals/discounts on some drinks and appetizers, so that was a plus as well.

Visited this place for dinner yesterday night, although it was really busy and had to wait for 15-20 min for table, but I had an amazing experience here. My server Prachi, she explained me all the possible vegetarian options and got me the best deal on my dinner. She was extremely knowledgeable and replied all my questions patiently as it was my first time at Kelseys. Moreover the food was really great and was definitely over my expectations. I am definitely visiting this place once again.

Hey hey fans. 24 million plus readers. You can’t miss out on this one for sure. Had a fantastic experience at Kelsey’s in Ancaster. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Tiffany, the kitchen manager, ensured everything was perfect, and our server, Laura, was attentive and provided excellent service with a smile. The food was spot-on, cooked exactly to my liking. My salad was fresh, crisp, and perfectly prepared not watered down or wilted. Everything came out just the way I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier. A clean washroom is always a plus in my books, and Kelsey’s didn’t disappoint there either. Great job to the team at Kelsey’s Ancaster for an all around enjoyable dining experience! Highly recommend. It’s been awhile since I’ve been in an establishment where it ticks all the boxes. Cheers

I’ve been here a few times and the atmosphere and food has always been good, but I ended up here again tonight and my server Bailey will be the reason I continue to come back, She had amazing recommendations and extensive knowledge of the menus , she was very fast and efficient while also being humorous and personable, she made our night one of the most enjoyable nights we’ve had, all while it being insanely busy. 100/10 definitely will be back, thanks Bailey!

This is a great location with good food and drinks. The burgers are juicy and really big! The spinach dip is legendary as the menu suggests. The funnell cake fries are a perfect dessert to split on a date. The cocktails and drink specials are very reasonable compared to most places. All of the food coming out of the kitchen looked good and the portions are fair. The customer service and store specific followup from the manager, Ian, was impressive. Taylor was an amazing server!
